Continue your gastronomic adventures at DOM №10, regardless of the year’s season. Especially for Lent, our chef George Sharuev has composed a new menu with daring toothsome combinations.
Bell pepper is baked with parsnip puree and spicy green chutney, served with rye croutons and garlic flakes.
Cauliflower is baked with spices mixed with tahina, porcini mushrooms and truffles sauce. The dish is decorated with spicy pumpkin seeds and popped green buckwheat groats.
Sweet potatoes baked with herbs are served with curry sauce, fried chickpeas, ginger, fresh mint and pomegranate seeds.
Don’t miss the opportunity to indulge in testing our new fasting desserts of own production. For Lent, we prepared almond milk homemade sherbet ice cream based on dried fruits without adding sugar and two types of natural homemade fruit jelly of own production: made of passion fruit puree with sea buckthorn and fresh berries.
