DOM #10 has its own collection of wines - hundreds of wines from the Old and New World have been collected: Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, USA, Ukraine and well-known Georgia, Italy and France. The restaurant’s wine enoteca has wines for every occasion: from common brands for weekday dinners to exclusive wines for special occasions. Beverages include biodynamic wines made following traditional recipes with minimal interference with natural process.
Collectable items include the legendary French Chateau Mouton-Rothschild, Chateau d'Yquem, Chateau Latour, Chateau Haut-Brion and others.
This amazing collection is the result of Artem Darchuk's inspired and hard work. He has carefully studied the specialty of DOM # 10 cuisine and selected the flavors so that each of the dishes on the menu had a choice of several wines.
Artem is a professional with 20 years of experience, a member of the Association of Sommelier of Ukraine. In 2014 and 2016, his wine cards were recognized by Wine Spectator Magazine, and in 2018 Artem was invited to the jury of the main event of the wine world of Eastern Europe - Wine & Spirits Ukraine.
