il Molino is a chain of Italian restaurants, and our prices make us affordable for everyone. It’s the first network of pizzerias in Ukraine that serve authentic Italian pizza, made in accordance with regulations stipulated by the Italian legislation.

il Molino’s menu encompasses more than 30 varieties of pizza, from the classic Margherita to the highly popular Mascherare, as well as Italian and Mediterranean dishes, including pasta, salads and bruschetta.

il Molino is Italian for “watermill”. The il Molino family of restaurants adopted the name because Italian pizza makers traditionally used watermills to grind wheat into flour.

Every il Molino’s pizza base is made from a special type of dough, most fit for finest pizza baking – Molino di Pordenone Tipo 00 – world’s best pizza flour supplied by the Italian manufacturer. The flour, made from the inner part of the grain, is low gluten and completely bran-free. That explains why il Molino’s pizzas are so tasty and low caloric.

The sauce for the pizza base is made from skin-free, milled Pomodori Perini – a famous variety of tomatoes, imported directly from Italy.

For our pizza we also use authentic Italian mozzarella, traditionally thought of as the staple for any fine Italian pizza. This cheese is produced in the Italian region of Campania.

As of now, the il Molino chain comprises 17 pizzerias and delivery service.
