Il Molino invites you to start your feast with a hearty chicken salad with grilled vegetables, as well as a traditional Sicilian snack called arancini – rice balls stuffed with mozzarella and coated with bread crumbs. For the first course, you can have a warming pumpkin soup served with grissini (also known as breadsticks), and for the second course, you have the option of pillowy soft spaghetti Quattro Formaggi, chicken ravioli served with a saffron and porcini sauce, and a baked bass with mung beans and vegetables.
And all those for whom pizza is a top food choice, will take particular delight in sampling original pizzas inspired by classic Italian recipes and lovingly made by our pizzaiolos: Mezzaluna – a mix of Calzone and Margherita; Calzone di Salmone topped with ground tomatoes, mozzarella, ricotta, salmon and spinach; and Polo Melanzane with savory pickled eggplants, tomatoes, and basil.
Also, don’t say ‘no’ to a dessert; a cheesecake made from baked pumpkin and passion fruit squash, and an exotic pistachio tiramisu made from mascarpone cheese and savoiardi are both to-die-for.
