It may seem that steak is a very simple dish, a piece of beef fried on both sides. In fact, it is far from true. Not everyone can cook a steak properly, because many different factors impact the quality of the dish ranging from the selection of meat to the cooking technology.

Sam's Steak House restaurant is the first steakhouse in Ukraine established in 1996. We are among the first to implement a wet aging technology. Everyone is welcome to visit the meat processing room, where you will see all the stages of meat aging. It is open for visiting every day on weekdays after 19:00 and throughout the day on weekends.
