Aberlour. Tasting Dinner

We invite you to the next tasting dinner on Wednesday, November 4. This time we taste single malt whisky from the region of Speyside – Aberlour. This whisky was born thanks to skill, passion and knowledge passed down from generation to generation. Aberlour is usually aged in double barrels: Oloroso sherry and American oak barrels, and then harvested together and prepared for the final product. This whisky with a depth of taste and character speaks for itself: bright, balanced aroma with notes of bitter orange, red apple, dark chocolate and sweetened coffee.

 

The culmination of the evening will be the release of Aberlour A 'bunadh. The peculiarity of this whisky is that before bottling it is not reduced by water, so it contains a large percentage of alcohol, which allows the aroma and taste to be so concentrated and unforgettable. Most connoisseurs of sherry-style whisky from the Scottish Highlands prefer this drink.

Speaker Andriy Okhremchuk is brand-ambassador of Pernod Ricard Ukraine with 18 years of continuous experience and 10 years of experience in launching and managing the capital's top bars, bar manager of the Pan-Asian restaurant Coin, founder and manager of Barbut (installation of the bar from the project till full launch), organizer of various communities, competitions and projects to promote bar culture – "Nebesa Team Bartenders Community", BFC "BarFriends", as well as a participant in the in-depth training programs Jameson Academy & Scotch Whisky Academy in Ireland and Scotland. It will definitely make you look at whisky from a different way.

  • Aberlour A 'bunadh

 

Tasting will include dinner with a set of special snacks for whisky: parma, olives, Gojus cheese, almonds and assorted bruschettas, as well as juicy steak and grilled vegetables.

 

The dinner will be accompanied by exquisite waters from Italy - Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino, which are partners of the Single Malt season. Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino - inspire people to enjoy life, emphasizing the taste of every moment.
