Let's talk about "dry aged"

Let's talk about dry maturation or, as it is called, in the international terminology "dry aged". It is this method of maturation of meat is considered to be more time-consuming and complex compared to wet technology, as well as more expensive, but providing a very rich taste, aroma and aftertaste for your steaks. Often such steaks are called "brutal" or "purely masculine", because they are more preferred by representatives of the strong half of humanity. The ripening time of such steaks is from 15 to 120 days. The optimal and most commonly used in steak houses term is 21 days.


Sam's Steak House offers its guests several types of classic steaks of dry maturation from the meat of the Ukrainian manufacturer Ukrainian Special Beef, namely: T-bone and Rib-Eye on  bone. The period of maturation of these steaks is 45 days. Recommended roasting for these steaks MEDIUM, and the price is from 165 UAH to 180 UAH per 100 grams.
