The first Tasting dinner of this season we open on September 30 and we will introduce you to the legendary The Glenlivet, that started it all. John Hansel, founder of The Malt Advocate magazine, said that it’s «” Sean Connery” in the world of whisky – it is mature, sexy, rich and suave».
It doesn't matter if you are new to the world of Single Malt or perhaps an experienced professional - this dinner is perfect for everyone. You will have the opportunity to learn the basics of creating the whisky The Glenlivet with the participation of all the senses, as well as gain practical experience that will help you understand how sight, hearing, touch and smell form the taste. You will go through all the processes on the way to creating a unique single malt whisky The Glenlivet.
The Glenlivet is a majestic brand that has been produced since 1824 in Scotland, in the Speyside region, and they are one of the largest producers of Scotch whisky. Almost 6 million bottles of The Glenlivet are sold annually.
Speaker Andriy Okhremchuk is brand-ambassador of Pernod Ricard Ukraine with 18 years of continuous experience and 10 years of experience in launching and managing the capital's top bars, bar manager of the Pan-Asian restaurant Coin, founder and manager of Barbut (installation of the bar from the project till full launch), organizer of various communities, competitions and projects to promote bar culture – "Nebesa Team Bartenders Community", BFC "BarFriends", as well as a participant in the in-depth training programs Jameson Academy & Scotch Whisky Academy in Ireland and Scotland.
